Join us to celebrate Great Mental Health Day!

We’re excited to announce an open day on Great Mental Health Day inviting individuals from all walks of life to join us in celebrating the unveiling of our brand-new community hub at Great Western Studios.

Event Details:

• Time: 2 pm to 5 pm (Drop in anytime)
• Location: Great Western Studios, Studio 125, 65 Alfred Rd, W2 5EU

What to Expect:

Over the course of the afternoon, we’ll be sharing information on all our community programmes giving you a chance to discover how they address and support mental health issues. In celebration of this year’s theme of “meaningful connection”, we’ll also be offering a choice of taster activities such as art, music production and mindfulness sessions, ending the day with a dance class. Join us as we explore the benefits of nurturing mind, body and community on our mental health.

As a testament to the time and talent of our service users, we will also be showcasing their artwork, music, and films created over the past year in the hope of providing a platform for empowering mental health through creative expression.

The day will be complemented with a selection of mini pastries and cans of kombucha wonderfully catered for us by Farm Girl Café in Notting Hill.
