We have a team of over 160 people, including staff, volunteers and trustees, all working to support people living with mental health challenges in Kensington and Chelsea, Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster.

Our people are at the heart of what we do. They bring invaluable skills and empathy to our programmes, offering vital support and companionship to those in need. Our trustees, with their diverse backgrounds and expertise, provide invaluable guidance and leadership, ensuring our organisation reaches its mission: to empower people to live the life they choose.

Together, our team deliver innovative and effective mental health services, rooted in over four decades of history and dedication to our communities.

Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees is made up of passionate individuals from various backgrounds who voluntarily give their time and expertise to support our mission of enabling people to live the life they choose. We are grateful for their diverse perspectives and couldn’t fulfil our goals without them.

This enables our Charity to continue to grow, work well with other Minds with similar objectives and consolidate our offer around Children and Young People and Adult Services.
